Fresh-Roasted Coffee Takes a Little Time — Here's Why

At Desert Dawn Coffee, we don’t rush the process — because great coffee is worth the wait.

• Whole bean orders are roasted and shipped the same day.

• Ground coffee orders are roasted, allowed to naturally release excess gas (called off-gassing), and shipped the next day.

We don’t pre-package or stockpile coffee. That means your brew is never sitting around waiting — it's crafted, packed, and sent with care.

⏱️ What to expect:
Our roasting and packing process typically takes 2 to 4 days, depending on where we are in the cycle. After that, we ship your order with free U.S. shipping, always.

So while we might not be the fastest delivery out there, you’re guaranteed the freshest, boldest coffee around — and that’s a promise worth keeping.
